Che bella blog, Presidente e Sorella Kelly! My name is Jacque (A.K.A Sorella Johnson) Neil, a former missionary from the Italy Rome Mission. I served from Aug. 2003-May 2005 and have missed it ever since. It was the best decision I ever made (besides marrying my best friend, Doug Neil who happened to be my first zone leader there in Roma 3... Short story: we were both from Arizona, only 20 minutes away from each other but never met before the mission! After dating other people and becoming best friends in the meantime, we fell in love and now have a beautiful 11 month old daughter). Anyway, I have the great opportunity to be in Rome with my relatives from Oct. 9-16 and especially look forward to seeing the progress on the Rome temple!I recognize that life can be VERY busy for all of you, but I wanted to see if there was anyone (missionaries or members there) that would be willing to take us around the temple grounds and tell us about what's happening. This wouldn't be just tourists coming to see. We're staying with family friends that live in Rome... missionary opportunity for sure. I can give more details if I could get a more personal chance to email you. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I would love to get in touch with someone there! Thank you for your help!
